Charles Ali Everage

Charles Ali Everage

Attorney Charles Ali Everage has over 10 years of experience as a civil litigator. He is an advocate for his Social Security Disability clients. Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, he was admitted to practice in Alabama in 1998 before relocating to Charlotte in 2003.

Mr. Everage is a proud graduate of Florida A&M University in 1995 and graduated law school from Georgetown in 1998. In addition to being licensed in Alabama and North Carolina, Mr. Everage is admitted to practice in all three federal courts in North Carolina and Alabama, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

H. Frazier Hunter

Horace F. Hunter

Attorney Horace F.  Hunter has been practicing law since graduating from the William and Mary School of Law in 1999.  Since that time, he has handled a wide range of legal matters for clients—in the practice areas of Social Security Disability, personal injury, criminal defense, and commercial litigation.  He is extremely devoted to each of his clients and is a disability lawyer that will fight cases with a level of dedication that is unmatched. He knows that people’s livelihood is at stake and understands the critical importance of representing individuals with disability claims.

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Mr. Hunter graduated high school from Fork Union Military Academy in 1992.  He received his B.A. in English from Florida A&M University and graduated from the William & Mary School of Law in 1999 with a Juris Doctor.

Kaitlyn B. Copeland

Attorney Kaitlyn B. Copeland prides herself in building relationships with her clients by truly listening and keeping them informed at all stages of their case. She is a persistent litigator who focuses her career in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security disability and family law.

She was born and raised in Greenville, North Carolina where she is a true pirate at heart and graduate from East Carolina University. She attended law school and Elon University School of Law and graduated in the top quarter of her class.

Mrs. Copeland has a passion for helping others and is committed to advocating aggressively for her clients. She understands first-hand the trials her clients face on a daily basis and is dedicated to making that process as easy as possible.
